The Electoral Roll is a list of names and addresses of every person who can vote in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) of the Parish, which takes place in April or May each year.

The roll is revised annually but replaced in its entirety every six years. The current electoral roll was created in 2025.

If you live in the parishes of Lavenham or Preston St Mary, or if you have attended worship for at least six months, you can apply to join the roll at any time.
